Position Title: Onboarding Support Coordinator

Jaaims is an automated trading app that uses AI to derive buy and sell predictions. We analyse over 10 million pieces of data daily across 1,000 global stocks in the ASX200, FTSE100, S&P500 and the XETRA.
About the role
With our company positioned for rapid growth, we are seeking a highly organised individual to help support our Client Services & Support team. The main function of this role would be to help our clients with setting up their accounts and provide administrative support throughout this process, both internally and externally:
Responsibilities include:
- Help maintain our CRM with utmost diligence
- End-to-End assistance of clients connecting to our third-party partners, including document and compliance control
- Respond to customer queries when required at any stage of the customer journey
- Make outbound calls to clients and third-party partners as required
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports to share internally with the team
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly KPIs and targets
- General management of data and reporting as required
- Ad-hoc administrative and support duties as required.
About you
The successful candidate will be highly motivated with a keen eye for detail who prides themselves on their organisational skills. This role would be best suited for someone who likes to tick off tasks, but with the wider company vision in mind and, as such, always seeking ways to improve efficiency and the quality of support.
Key skills and attributes
- Must hold a Higher school certificate
- 2+ years of experience in administration or support roles with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and strict KPIs
- 2+ years of experience in the financial industry or passion for financial markets highly desirable
- Experience using CRM systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (of Google Docs/Sheets)
- High level of computer literacy
- Strong business acumen
- Can-do attitude and ability to learn
- Ability to manage a large workload and delegate control
- Ability to communicate at all levels within the organisation.
